Selling violent videogames to minors a felony?

Ars Technica shares news from New York Assembly representatives who believe that trafficking in violent videogames with minors should be a felony, while a related article reports about Illinois' failed regulation legislation.

Later, GameSpot reported that the proposed New York legislation passed, and is now law. Let the constitutionality test cases begin, please!
