Toronto echoes
R: Resonances and echoes from my recent trip to Toronto.
- Richard Thomas at the Beal Institute posted a reflection on his blog. The image above was taken by him. Thank you Richard!
- Paul of blogTO wrote a nice appreciation. His post ignited an interesting storm of comments. Thank you Paul!
- Torontoist posted an announcement and a provocative and critical review. I am grateful for both. The review reminds me of just how difficult it still is to demo our games in performance.
- e-fagia, a new media collective included us in a curated online exhibition and has written an accompanying curatorial essay. I had the very good fortune to speak with Julieta Maria, a member of the collective, for a short time, but didn't make the connection with the exhibition. Thank you to e-fagia, and to Julieta.
I also am indebted to my good friend Frederich Burbach who recommended me to the selection committee for the visiting artists program, and who hosted me during my stay.
